Our Network


GCG Event Partners is a network of over 1000 meeting and event professionals. Our network consists of On-Site Managers, Travel Directors, On-,Site Staff, Event Planners, Meeting Planners, and small and large Meeting Planning Companies.

As a client of GCG Event Partners, you have access to a network of specialists who are responsive and effective. Our members have an average of 11 years of experience and more than half of our members have 5 years or more of experience. Over 200 members hold professional certifications in the meeting planning industry: CMM, CMP, CTSM, and CSEP. Our membership is nationwide and we have always been able to place every job with a reliable local professional regardless of location.

Because our network is so extensive, our members have planned and managed a wide variety of events of all sizes and complexities for virtually every major company and countless organizations at all major hotel chains and restaurant venues around the world. The members of our network are seasoned professionals who understand the hard work and creativity that goes into planning events. All network professionals are pre-screened and must meet our professional standards. Once they are accepted to our network, members must adhere to our high standards of customer service and satisfaction and are evaluated on a continuing basis.

Members of our network are committed to providing high quality services. Many of them are independent professional meeting planners who pride themselves on providing quality services, essential for their reputation in the industry. They have the qualifications and experience to execute on-site meeting management and they have the skills to be an integral member of the on-site team for virtually every type of meeting or event.
