Event Planning RFP Service


Our Event Planning RFP (Request for Proposal) Service enables you to notify the members of our network that you are requesting proposals (quotes) for full service meeting or event planning services.  When you submit an RFP to GCG Event Partners, a project manager will review your RFP and contact you to learn about the details of your meeting.  The project manager will then match only a limited number of select members who meet or exceed your specifications.  These Member Planners will then contact you directly to continue the RFP process.  You will receive proposals from professional meeting planners with expertise in the type of meeting or event you need planned and who are located in your geographical area of interest.
