Assistant Onsite Professional needed in Chicago, IL on 5/30-5/31

Temporary Onsite Professional Position

This a 2-day opportunity is for the ASCO event. It’s an assistant-level opportunity where you’ll be on-site with the client and several other GCG meeting professionals. The client is requesting professionals who are proficient with iPad technology, as well as experienced with on-site registration systems and apps. You MUST be physically able to stand and move around the workspace for extended periods. You will be standing for the duration of the meeting. I will confirm the people who are available both days first.

Basic Guidelines as Required by the Client:

Attire

• Client requests that you wear black slacks (not athletic or jeans) and a white or black top.

• Client requests that you assist with registration as directed and acting as human directionals.
