This is an Assistant level assignment.

Client has provided the following Event Details:

• Date and Time: 5/10, Saturday – 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM or 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM
• Venue:

    Seattle, WA 98101

Basic Guidelines as Required by the Client:

Attire

• Client requests all black professional attire with comfortable closed-toe shoes, no logos or bright colors

Pre-Event Expectations

• There are no pre-meeting expectations requested

On-Site Expectations

• Client requests seat ushers and seat labellers to guide attendees to seating, support audience flow, and assist with exit.

Post-Event Expectations

• There are no post-meeting expectations requested.
