Temporary Onsite Professional Position

The client is requesting an experienced Meeting Professional to manage the meeting logistics

Client has provided the following Event Details:

  • Date and Time:
    • Thursday, 5/3:  5:30 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Venue:
    • Holiday Inn University Plaza-Bowling Green
      1021 Wilkinson Trace
      Bowling Green, KY 42103

Basic Guidelines as Required by the Client:

Attire

  • Client requests that you wear Professional Business Attire

Pre-Event Expectations

  • Client requests that you confirm receipt of correspondence.
  • Client may require you to participate in a pre-event conference call. You will be paid for this time.

On-Site Expectations

  • Client requests that you manage the logistics of the meeting from setup (minimal items, no large set pieces – a few signs, and reg desk materials). Run the reg desk, introduce faculty to AV, and oversee the hotel and AV vendors.

Post-Event Expectations

  • Client requests that you email them immediately following the program to provide them with general feedback.
  • Client requests that if needed you deliver meeting materials to contracted shipping vendor within 24 hours of the meeting’s conclusion.
