Experienced Onsite Professional needed in Effingham, IL on 4/9-4/10

 Temporary Onsite Professional Position

Our client is requesting an experienced Trade Show Professional to represent them at a benefits fair.

Client has provided the following Event Details:

• Date and Time:
  • Wednesday,  4/9: 5:30 AM – 8:00 AM and 11:30 AM – 4:00 PM
  • Thursday, 4/10: 5:30 AM – 9:00 AM and 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
• Venue:
  • Effingham Plant
    1200 Stevens Ave
    Effingham, IL 62401

Basic Guidelines as Required by the Client:

Attire

• Client requests that you wear Professional Business casual Attire.

Pre-Event Expectations

• Client requests that you confirm receipt of correspondence.
• Client may require you to participate in a pre-event conference call. You will be paid for this time.

On-Site Expectations

• Client requests that you engage with their clients’ employees at the benefits fair and answer questions about EAP benefits. The client’s expectation is that you review information about the clients EAP benefits and can answer general questions related to benefits.

Post-Event Expectations

• Client requests that you email them immediately following the program to provide them with general feedback.
