Temporary Onsite Professional Position
The client is requesting an experienced Meeting Professional to manage the meeting logistics
Client has provided the following Event Details:

Basic Guidelines as Required by the Client:
Attire
- Client requests that you wear Professional Business Attire
Pre-Event Expectations
- Client requests that you confirm receipt of correspondence.
- Client may require you to participate in a pre-event conference call. You will be paid for this time.
On-Site Expectations
- Client requests that you manage the logistics of the meeting from setup (minimal items, no large set pieces – a few signs, and reg desk materials). Run the reg desk, introduce faculty to AV, and oversee the hotel and AV vendors.
Post-Event Expectations
- Client requests that you email them immediately following the program to provide them with general feedback.
- Client requests that if needed you deliver meeting materials to contracted shipping vendor within 24 hours of the meeting’s conclusion.
