Temporary Onsite Professional Position

Our client is requesting an experienced Trade Show Professional to represent them at a benefits fair.

Client has provided the following Event Details:

• Date and Time: 4/21, Monday – 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM
• Venue:
  • Tulalip Resort
    10200 Quil Ceda Blvd
    Tulalip, WA 98271

Basic Guidelines as Required by the Client:

Attire

• Client requests that you wear Business Attire.

Pre-Event Expectations

• Client would like to have a pre-show conference call to review the benefits as well as your onsite responsibilities.

On-Site Expectations

• The client has requested that you engage with their clients’ employees at the benefits fair and answer questions regarding EAP benefits. Their expectation is that you review and familiarize yourself with the client’s EAP benefits in advance to ensure you can provide accurate and helpful information.

Post-Event Expectations

• There are no post-meeting expectations requested.
